Kyle Contracts provides groundworks, landscaping, hedge and tree care, and plant / digger hire services to domestic and small commercial customers.

3. Quotes & Bookings

  • All quotes are provided based on the information supplied at the time

  • Quotes are valid for a limited period unless stated otherwise

  • Bookings are only confirmed once agreed in writing or payment has been received

  • Online bookings and payments are processed securely via our website

  • No hire or service is confirmed until payment (or a deposit where applicable) has been received and confirmed by Kyle Contracts

 

4. Payments

  • Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking

  • Deposits, where required, are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing

  • Full payment may be required before hire or service commencement

 

5. Cancellations & Refunds

    Services

  • Cancellations must be made as early as possible

  • Refunds are not guaranteed once work has been scheduled

  • Costs incurred prior to cancellation may still be chargeable

  • This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

 

    Plant / Digger Hire

  • No refunds are given once the hire period has started

  • No refunds are provided for early return, unused hire time, or change of mind

  • Refunds are only issued where equipment is faulty or not as described

  • Weather conditions, ground conditions, or site access issues do not qualify for refunds

       This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

 

6. Plant & Digger Hire Responsibilities

      When hiring plant or machinery:

  • The hirer is responsible for the equipment during the hire period

  • Equipment must be used safely and for its intended purpose only

  • Any loss, theft, or damage (excluding fair wear and tear) may be charged

  • The hirer must ensure safe and suitable site access for delivery and collection

  • Only authorised and competent persons may operate hired equipment

       We reserve the right to refuse hire if site conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

 

7. Delays & Access

      We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Poor site access or ground conditions

  • Third-party delays

  • Circumstances beyond our control

 

8. Liability

  • We will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the service or hire provided

  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence

 

9. Customer Responsibilities

      Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information

  • Ensuring services and hire are suitable for their needs

  • Obtaining any required permissions, consents, or planning approval

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text and images,

remains the property of Kyle Contracts unless otherwise stated and may not be
